How low is your minimum order?
We welcome small inquiries and mixed selections. Some specifications in the catalog start from one piece or one pair; other minimums and any size-bundle requirements are confirmed with your quote. The product page shows what is currently known.
Can I mix styles and collections?
Yes. Add different products and specifications to one inquiry bag. We’ll confirm each line’s minimum and availability when preparing your quotation.
Can I buy a piece for myself?
Absolutely. Choose Personal purchase on the inquiry form. The same specification requirements apply, and you cover the shipping costs.
How do prices and shipping work?
Every inquiry is quoted in USD based on the selected specifications and quantities. Shipping is quoted separately for your destination and paid by you. Import duties and taxes may be additional.
Can you help with a custom design?
Tell us your material, design, packaging and timing requirements. We’ll discuss feasibility, any sampling costs, the minimum quantity and lead time before you decide to proceed.
Is submitting an inquiry an order?
No. There is no checkout or online payment on this site. An inquiry starts a conversation. Specifications, availability, lead time, shipping and payment arrangements must be agreed separately before an order is confirmed.
