NiceSnus sells nicotine products. They are for adults only, and we take age restrictions seriously.

1. You must be 21 or older

We sell only to adults aged 21 and over. You may not use the Site, place an order or receive products from us if you are under 21, and you may not order on behalf of anyone under 21.

2. Age confirmation on the Site

When you first visit the Site you are asked to confirm that you are 21 or older. The Site remembers your confirmation for a limited period so that you are not asked on every visit. If you are under 21, please leave the Site.

3. Confirmation when you order

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that the person who will receive the order is also at least 21. Providing false information about your age is a breach of our Terms of Service.

4. Orders we may cancel

We may cancel or refuse any order, before or after payment, where the age of the purchaser or the recipient cannot be reasonably established, or where we have reason to believe the products are intended for someone under 21. If we cancel a paid order for this reason, the amount paid will be refunded.

5. Delivery

Carriers may require an adult signature at delivery and may refuse to hand over the parcel if no adult is available. Please make sure an adult is available to receive the order.
